Description: Touch, smell, and taste your way through a selection of culinary herbs. Mary Wheatley will discuss starting herbs from seeds and cuttings, pairing herbs with particular foods and specific variations of both annual and perennial herbs. Learn what grows best in our locale and how to prepare the soil for success. You'll sample a few dishes with fresh herbs and find out methods work best for preservation of your homegrown herbs.
